RNQG Board Position Descriptions
The Hospitality Committee shall arrange for refreshments as appropriate for all programs and Guild meetings. This includes: assigning Guild members to bring food to each meeting; purchasing cold beverages; refreshment area setup prior to the meeting; coffee and hot water preparation; refreshment area clean-up at meeting end; and replenishing supplies (coffee, tea, sugar and sugar substitutes, napkins, hot & cold cups, small paper plates). <more detail>
Expenses will be reimbursed by the Guild after an expense report is submitted to the Guild Treasurer.
