 FORMATION SESSION[/caption]\n\nThe focus of this meeting is you\, our guil
 d members\, and how to prepare for the April 2027 Quilt show!   It will b
 e a fun evening and  raffle prizes  will be given out throughout the ev
 ent!!!\n\nOur meeting room will be set up with 5-6 informational tables\, 
 each staffed by a representative of one of the Quilt Show Committees.   
 At sign-in\, members will be divided into small groups\; each group will b
 e directed to one of the informational tables.  Here\, the Committee repr
 esentative will share  information on their area of responsibility and an
 swer related questions.  Every 15 minutes\, groups will be directed to th
 e next table in the rotation.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDuring t
 he informational sessions\, you’ll learn\n\n 	how to enter a quilt in th
 e show\;\n 	the ins and outs of donating and consigning items for the Bout
 ique\; and\n 	when\, where and how to drop off quilts\n\nYou will also hav
 e the opportunity to\n\n 	donate items to our beautiful Raffle Baskets or 
 sign-up to create a basket\;\n 	learn how you can volunteer over the weeke
 nd of our show and sign up to help\; and\n 	pick up postcards\, bookmarks 
 and flyers to distribute to help advertise the show\n\nThis list is likely
