Advertising is a great way to increase attendance at the RNQG quilt show! There are several ways to support this aspect of show production.
* Submit the Publicity Questionnaire (part of e-form) to provide information about your quilting history for inclusion in your local newspaper
* Print and post the RNQG Show Flyer in public places such as
- Public Libraries
- Gas Stations
- Supermarket "announcement" boards
- Your place of employment
- Quilt Shops
- Community Centers
- Meeting Halls (Knights of Columbus, Church, etc...)
Make sure to ask permission before posting flyers!
* Sell advertisements to be printed in the show booklet (click <here> for the printable ad form)

→ Anyone who sells an ad for the show booklet must get the ad copy and collect payment from the advertiser!
The ad copy -- text or image (formatted to the purchased ad size) -- must be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Payment for the ad should be given to the RNQG treasurer with your name, the name of the company or individual that purchased the ad, and the ad size.
