Join Rhody members and some new friends for four glorious days of sewing on beautiful Cape Cod! The retreat will be held at the Seacrest Beach Resort in North Falmouth. It’s a wonderful location, close to Falmouth center and the resort is on the beach.
The resort has many amenities with an indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi, a gym, a full-service restaurant, and a smaller snack/coffee shop for ‘on the go’ items. Our sewing space is quite accommodating, each person will have plenty of space to spread out with an individual table at least 6 feet long.
Come and spend time with old friends and meet some new ones. There will be great food, fun and games with opportunities to win prizes! This is the Rhody & Friends retreat, so bring a friend from outside the guild, the more the merrier! First come, first served, so send in your registration and deposits by the deadline, there is limited capacity.
Package Includes:
- 4 days, 3 nights
- Retreat starts at 12:30pm on Thursday, March 11, 2027
- Retreat ends at 4pm Sunday, March 14, 2027
- 2 Full buffet breakfasts (Friday & Saturday mornings) and 2 Full buffet dinners (Friday & Saturday evenings). The buffets will be in a private banquet room.
- Coffee, tea, and hot water available midafternoon through early evening(Friday & Saturday)
- Cookies and brownies on Friday and Saturday
- Sunday Brunch voucher which will be honored in the hotel restaurant
Hotel Rates:
- Double Occupancy Room $640.80 per person
- Single Occupancy Room $896.59 per person
*Rates include hotel taxes, meal tax and meal gratuity, various fees and admin costs and the sewing room rental. Note that rates do not include hotel room gratuity.

Deposit and payments:
Payment/Reservation needs to be made to 2 entities, RNQG Quilt Guild and the Seacrest Resort Hotel.
- RNQG payment for Banquet Fees (non-refundable) $385.00 per person due to Rhody by September 30, 2026. (for single or double occupancy)

- VENMO directly to RNQG, see below for Venmo QR code to scan.
- Seacrest Hotel Room Reservation – A one night deposit of $149 + tax, per room is required. Contact Seacrest for the “Rhody & Friends Quilt Retreat” to book your 1-night deposit. If you are sharing a room and if you like, the front desk can assist you and your roommate in splitting the hotel bill, when you arrive at the hotel in March, simply ask them to split the bill. OR you and your roommate can simply work that out amongst yourselves. Hotel room balance is due upon check-out on March 14, 2027.
