The focus of this meeting is you, our guild members, and how to prepare for the April 2027 Quilt show! It will be a fun evening AND raffle prizes will be given out throughout the event!!!
Our meeting room will be set up with 5-6 informational tables, each staffed by a representative of one of the Quilt Show Committees. At sign-in, members will be divided into small groups; each group will be directed to one of the informational tables. Here, the Committee representative will share information on their area of responsibility and answer related questions. Every 15 minutes, groups will be directed to the next table in the rotation.
During the informational sessions, you’ll learn
- how to enter a quilt in the show;
- the ins and outs of donating and consigning items for the Boutique; and
- when, where and how to drop off quilts
You will also have the opportunity to
- help prep a prize ribbon;
- donate items to our beautiful Raffle Baskets or sign-up to create a basket;
- learn how you can volunteer over the weekend of our show and sign up to help; and
- pick up postcards, bookmarks and flyers to distribute to help advertise the show
